PRS-6 Compound Defoamer Chengde Luanping
Fine Chemical Factory is a province-level high and new-tech enterprise
of Hebei province. The self-developed and produced PRS-6 Compound Defoamer was appraised as nation-level key new product
by state council, once was generalized by nation scientific and
technological committee.
1. Features State-Level Key New Products Examined by Production Office of the State Council This product is a new-type defoaming agent, mainly applied to the defoaming of the water-foaming system. It is a white,or yellowish crystal or powder with physiological inertia, and it is nontoxic, non-corrosive and nonvolatile with high thermal stability. Moreover, it causes no pollution to ocean organisms. This product has been used widely with strong deforming capability, low dosage, lasting foaming-inhibiting effect, and good stability, causing no side effects. It has long shelf life and can be transported conveniently. 1.Use: Applicable to the deforming treatment for such industrial fields such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, and washing processes for textile industry, well drillings for petroleum, chemical manufacture,sewage treatment, foodstuff production, detergent manufacture, cutting fluid manufacture, fermenting, pharmaceutical manufacture, wine brewing, sugar making, and the manufacture of building material,coating and printing ink. 2.Use: Directly put this product into the mixing foam-generating medium, thus making the defoaming agent disperse evenly; or dissolve the defoaming agent in water beforehand and then put it continuously or intermittently into the foaming system, making the deforming agent rapidly disperse evenly for optimum effects. If diluted, this product should not be kept long. 3.Dosage: Generally 0.1%-0.9% of the foaming system (weight); but customers can decide dosage according to practical processes. Package, Storage and Transportation: Packaging with Plastic Drums:20 kg , 50 kg, 100 kg. Stored indoors with the shelf life of 2 years Not allowable for direct contact with water, acid and alkali. Transported as non-dangerous products.

Features PRS-6E is non-toxic, harmless and environmental protection highly effective defoaming and foam depressant. According to any different medium, it can defoam and inhibit foam and it does not participate in each biochemical metabolism. Compares with the imported products, its antifoaming effect is similar but its price is lower than them. The performance index occupies the domestic leading level. PRS-6F Acid-and-alkali-resistant Defoaming Agent
PRS-6F is an strong acid-and-alkali-resistant high-performance organosilicon defoaming agent of newest type and high solid content which produces by adopting the nanotechnology. It has extremely good antifoaming and foam suppressing abilities. In the many kinds of surface active agent and in the chemical reaction foam system, it can be used for antifoaming, it has extremely good dispersivity, acid resistance and alkali resistance(PH3-14) and fire resisting quality(≤95°C)in the ion and the non-ionic foam.
White solid powder, add it directly or diluted it and then add it into the foam system (1)Extremely strong defoaming and foam suppressing abilities. (2)Suitable in the acid and alkali conditions. (3)Good compatibleness, good dispersibility in water. Suitable in the textile fining, washing and processing, the surface active agent concentration, petroleum chemical industry, the agricultural chemicals preparation, the waste water, the gas conditioning, the leather making, the special chemicals formula and so on domains.

It can be used in 60°C-150°C , the max temperature≤200°C. PRS-682 defoaming agent for straw pulp papermaking 1. Feature and uses PRS-682 is environment-friendly and high efficient defoaming agent and foam inhibitor. It can remove the foam during the manufacturing process of straw pulp and improve the pulp washing efficiency, thus it can reduce the pulp loss caused by the overflow of pulp. PRS-683 defoaming agent for wood pulp papermaking 1.Feature and uses PRS-683 is environment-friendly and high efficient defoaming agent and foam inhibitor. It can be used in the wood pulp papermaking , paper forming method & coating paper. It can remove the foam during the manufacturing process of wood pulp and improve the pulp washing efficiency, thus it can reduce the pulp loss caused by the overflow of pulp or used in the defoam of paper-forming process to reduce the the ratio of broken paper and improve the paper quality. You can add PRS-683 into the pulp directly.
